1. Register
Before each meeting, we open the registration procedure. During this process, we provide an interactive Registration Form. It allows each participant to register their wish to join the project, agree to the conditions and provide all necessary information.
2. Receive the invitation
After the registration procedure, all registered participants will receive a special invitation by mail and an email confirmation. The invitation will contain all necessary information and data to join the meeting: date, time, link, conference number and password.
3. Join the meeting
On the day of the conference, just click on the link sent in the email invitation. After going to a special page, enter the number and password required to join the conference.
