On February 24th, 2025, the GTC project concluded its final meeting. This initiative focused on tackling the challenges and opportunities brought about by the EU Green Deal and digitalization, while emphasizing proactive worker participation in shaping the future workplace.
During the meeting, key findings and recommendations were shared, highlighting the importance of a socially inclusive twin transition that balances digitalization and decarbonization. The project also showcased valuable tools, including national reports, training curricula, simulation workshops, and promotional content. Excitingly, the upcoming Follow-up Report will offer actionable recommendations and insights for a fair and just transition.
