GTC- Growth through transformational changes in the industrial sector influenced by the EU Green Deal and digitalization and proactive participation of workers in restructuring the changing working environment
Our organization, MSNZZ Pracowników CMC Poland Sp. z o.o. i Spółek, is participating in a project funded by the European Union and the Social Prerogative and Specific Competencies Lines (SOCPL) program: "GTC - Growth through transformational changes in the industrial sector under the influence of the European Green Deal, digitalization, and proactive involvement of workers in the restructuring of the changing work environment."
The goal of the project is to support the exchange of experiences and technical knowledge between workers, trade unions, and employers in the context of twin transitions (green and digital) in the industrial sector in various EU countries. Its main aim is to analyze regional/national issues and challenges in the management models of the European Green Deal to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement with high worker involvement and to develop recommendations for the implementation of innovative models and practices.
Additionally, the project aims to improve the coordination of decision-making between trade unions, employers, and other stakeholders involved in changes in the world of work under the influence of twin transitions in the industrial sector through capacity-building activities.
Finally, the project activities will raise awareness, stimulate debate, and promote the exchange of information on the impact of twin transformations on workers and businesses, with special focus on the industrial sector in 7 partner countries, including Poland, Slovakia, North Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Romania, and Spain.
Below, you will find our national report on the challenges and opportunities related to implementing changes in the industrial sector due to the twin transformation, and follow us for more information.
